Hi! My name’s Tracy Goodyear and I am the Director of Teacher Development for The Mercian Trust. I’m a Fellow of and Assessor for the Chartered College of Teaching, visiting Fellow of the Ambition Institute and WomenEd West Midlands Regional Leader. I’m passionate about all things teaching, learning and professional development.
